This class will reconnect your mind and body, stretch you out, strengthen you from the inside out, and help move your stagnant energy and built up tension. Reconnect to your body as you learn to shift your energy and move that body back into alignment. Combining the medicine of breathwork, qi gong, intuitive movement and EFT tapping, this class is 60 minutes of magic and bliss. Crystal is an intuitive life and movement coach working with a multi-disciplinary approach to healing using EFT, trauma release and somatic practices.
